You don’t need to wear a uniform for your first class – just wear something comfortable. If you have a uniform from another martial art, you’re welcome to wear that on your first day, too. In general we recommend long sleeves and pants, and note that you’ll be barefoot in class. Also, please remove all jewelry. If you decide that you’d like to become a student, please purchase a uniform<\/a> from us before promoting to yellow stripe.<\/p>\n Please bring a water bottle. Once you have a uniform, you can change into the uniform before arriving or you may use one of our restrooms to change.
